Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Open Heart Experience

Required Credentials: Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty

Shift & Scheduling: 6am to 4:30pm or 6:30am to 5pm

Rotating or staggered shift will be required at least every third week of the contract due to the needs of the department (Staggered schedule: 11a - 9p or as caseload dictates)

Weekend Requirements: Alternating Weekends

On Call Requirements: 1 to 2 nights per week and alternating weekends.
