Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Charge Nurse experience

Required Credentials: All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. Complete work history required for submission (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)

Unit/Facility Details: Public transportation is not accessible — reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended. Vehicles must be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November–April

Special Requests: Holiday Requirement: Must be flexible with schedule

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirement: Minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet unit needs
Monday to Sunday
