Requirements
Experience
Acute care experience is required.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Min 1 year recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Types of procedures required: Evaluation and treatment of variety of adult patient diagnoses in the acute hospital setting. Diagnoses include general deconditioning, Total Joint replacement, post op ortho; some neuro diagnoses; general medical-surgical.
Required Credentials:
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday; no call or weekends.
Floating Requirements: Willing to float to Outpatient if needed. Would prefer willingness to cross training to SNF for intermittent coverage needs, but not a requirement.
