Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Required Skills/Experience: Home Health experience

Unit Details: Clinicians who live within 50.1-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Special Requests: No block scheduling.

Floating Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Coverage area: Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Sanford, Ocoee, Lake Mary, Longwood
