Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Either Adult or Child/Adolescent experience acceptable, does not necessarily need both

Required Credentials: We require Handle with Care and will provide training for onboarding

Unit / Facility Details: Unit ratios are 1 RN +1 RN/LPN (2 license nurses) for 12+ patients plus 2 mental health techs (day shift). 1 RN and 1 MHT per unit from 11p-7a.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is mandatory

Schedules are in a 2 week block
