Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Guaranteed hours per week: 40

On-call Or weekend requirements: ideally yes to weekend/on-call if we are able to find someone, otherwise we will flex one of our weekday RNs to weekend/on-call while we have the traveler.
