Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Additional Details:

Shift notes: This should be mids but facility might change the shift. Must be willing to work whatever shift the facility adn alternate work week schedule- either 36/36 or 48/24

ER Shift Start times - D/E/N rotation is scheduled in 4 week blocks. The RN could be on one block the entire contract or could be asked to switch to a different one with advanced notice.

Orientations twice monthly

Housing may be challenging to find. Please look into the area prior to subbing. Ask ASC for Leads.

Please confirm at submittal that your traveler is aware and agrees the to the scheduling terms, they MUST be willing to work any or all of the shifts below:
