Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

ASN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: RN doesn’t need tele or titration , Dx: pulmonary, sickle cell , Meds: abx, heparin, pain meds

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:IVs, PCA, CPAP, feeding tubes, wound vac, dialysis fistula, cardioversion, EKGs. / 2 years RN inpatient experience

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: -Nursing Diploma. OR -Associate’s Degree (ASN).
