Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Nurse Management experience is required from the last 4 years.
Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Interim Director of Nursing
Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must be willing to work floor when staffing gap arises
Shift & Scheduling: DON is on call daily but on call/call back is not billable. All worked hours must be entered as regular hours.
