Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Ambulatory Surgery Center experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Surgery Ambulatory/PACU RN

Ambulatory Surgery provides pre, intra and post op care to surgical and procedural sedation patients. We provide service for the patient population of pediatrics, adolescents, adult and elderly patients.

Shift Information: Full-time, 8-hour/day, 5-day/week RN position in Ambulatory Surgery, covering all phases of care including pre-operative, PACU, and post-operative recovery. Start time is flexible between 0600 and 0830, with the majority of shifts beginning between 0800 and 0830 based on departmental needs. Rotational call required: average of one weekend per month (Friday PM through Monday AM) and 2–3 weekday calls per month.

Rotational PACU call for nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
