Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Special Requests: Nurse Only: PCU roles require both a PCU & ICU skills checklist with application.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
