Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

References must be from the 2 most recent places of employment.

Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required.

No RTO will be granted during this assignment.

Start dates are not flexible

Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting and discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.

Clearance documentation will be due two weeks before assignment start. Incomplete documents will result in cancellation.

Clearance appointment needs to be completed on Thursday (9/25) - recommended or Friday (9/26).
