Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatric experience.

Special Requests: Must be up to date on current COVID 19 vaccine requirements. Must be before start of assignment. Nicotine Free Facilities- Negative Drug test w/ Nicotine required. Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date. RTO Must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday, Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.
