Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 22 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg experience required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience and Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weeknights and weekends. Rotating holidays

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule period. Saturday/Sunday for dayshift, Friday/Saturday for nightshift

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request
