All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Required Skills/Experience: Previous experience with orthopedics (total joints), DaVinci Robot, and neuro (craniotomy, spinal surgery). Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

Preferred Credentials: NCCT.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Parking is free.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Wed.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
