Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Long Term Care experience is required from any number of months.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Variable Nights

Guaranteed Hours: 40

On-Call: None

Weekend: Typically, rotate every other with potential of every third

Holidays: Typically, rotate every other

Float Requirements: May float to Admissions unit if needed

Required:

2+ years acute psychiatric experience

Scrub requirement: Any professional scrubs

Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.

Patient Population: LTC, SNF
