24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Unit Details: Four visits per day on average; combination of Evals and Revisits; Coverage area includes north-eastern Sac into Folsom

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday.

Floating Requirements: First to Float

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
