Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.

12 months of Pediatric Infusion Center experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

Skilled Home & Infusion Nurse

Excellent infusion skills including placement of PIVs from newborn through young adult.

High tech skill- care and use of Central Venous Access Devices including PICCs, Infusaports, and Hickman.

Experience in administering infusions such as IVIG, Remicade, Entyvio;

Pediatric experience working in an infusion suite/clinic (Minimal 3yrs), ED, or PICU.

current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use

Work location is specific to: Baltimore City/County/Harford

Must be able to provide skilled evaluation, treatment & care for pediatric patients (newborn through young adults) in accordance with the State of MD & DC Nursing scope of practice.

Either five 8 hour days from 8:30-5 or four 10 hour days from 8 to 6:30.
