Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

BSN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

APHON (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric acute care

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Pediatric Trach Vent experience strongly preferred
Children’s hospital experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Unit/Facility Details: Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.

Special Requests: Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.

Shift & Scheduling: Days and Nights Available. 7a – 7p & 7p – 7a - Shift will be decided in the interview

Floating Requirements:

This assignment will require floating across all acute care units.
Must have to float Hem/Onc
This assignment float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: *Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 *Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
