Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NRP (Required)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

Required Skill / Experience: Should be able to start IVs and draw labs on Moms and babies

Required Credentials: Fetal Heart Monitoring Assessment

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population: High Risk OB patients, newborn stabilization, antepartum, post-partum; Age Range: 12-50

Equipment Used on Unit: Alaris Pumps, Epidural pumps, SCDs, fetal monitor, infant warmer

Unit/Facility Details: 14 bed LDR with 4 bed triage, 3 bed PACU and 3 ORs

Shift & Scheduling: Up to every other weekend, as needed

Self-Scheduling: No, request will try to be accommodated

Weekend Requirements: up to every other weekend, unless on boarded as every weekend

Call Requirements: None

Holiday Requirements: Must rotate holidays
