Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

22 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Nicotine free campus. Must test negative.

No Self Scheduling.

Every other weekend is required. Holidays required, as needed.

May float to other units in ICU cluster (PICU, CVICU, Burn ICU, IMU). Travelers are first to float.

Ratios: 1:1-3/4 based on acuity.

Patient population: Typical patient population (diagnosis) / surgical procedures completed: 23 weeks micro-premies, VLBW, usual complications of prematurity, general surgeries, chronic lung, bleeds, spina bifida, diaphragmatic hernia, NEC perforation, gastro, cleft lip/palate/mandible, transfers from surrounding Level II NNICUs, PDA ligations, body cooling.

Required Upon Submission: Must have extensive experience in level 4 NICU (clearly noted on submission packet) - Level 1 or 2 NICU experience will not be considered.

IVS to interview. Manager to offer.
