Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)

Additional Details:
Inpatient Rehab
Required Skills/Experience: Start/stop IVs, wound care, telemetry, Foley care, and standard Medsurg unit nursing skills are a must, Medication pass
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prior Inpatient Rehab Facility or Skilled Nursing Unit experience
Shift & Scheduling: Saturday and Sunday weekend rotation, every other weekend
