RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Must be flexible working weekends

Must have expert precepting skills

Patient Diagnoses: Low and High risk labor patients, antepartum with multiples, hypertensive disorders, diabetic conditions, multiple system issues. Labor patients with multiple system disorders (HTN, DM, etc.)

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults

Orientation Hours: 24

SSN required

Anything more than 7 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission : Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.

Return Staff Policy: can return after 3 months

ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

ACLS, BLS, Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
