12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Orientation every week, on Mondays.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours:40

Weekend Hours: on call every 4th weekend

Call Requirements: rotate with staff usually 1-2 times a week

Required Certifications: ARDCS or CCI

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: all the above but peds is an option

Must Have Skills/Experience: Adult Echo, Stress Echo, TEE

Preferred Skillset/Experience: peds and TAVR and Watchman experience

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chest pain, CHF

Scrub Color: any as long as they are clean

Any unacceptable attire: no open toe shoes, no tee shirts nails neatly kept
