Requirements
Experience
12 months of acute care experience.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
IV Therapy Certification (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
• Must have inpatient rehab experience or Med Surg. 70% of patient cases come referred from Trauma Center.
• 2 years of clinical experience in any clinical setting or 1-year acute care experience.
Special Requests: Will not accept skilled nursing experience unless they have 2 years of IRF or Med Surg.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: for travel every other weekend
