Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. No Block Scheduling.

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Driver's License/State ID

Required Skills/Experience: Requires patient assessment and intervention, medication administration, ability to follow through with orders and observe patients, documentation in EHR, implement and monitoring of the plan of care, ADLs, etc.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patients seen: Oncology, hematology, end of life / hospice, overflow M/S.
