Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

CPI (Preferred)

Senior Behavioral Health
Required Skills/Experience: RN should have previous experience working in a Behavioral Health unit and familiar with medication management. Previous experience working on a locked unit, experience with emergency medications, and ability to determine if patient is agitated or showing aggression.
Required Credentials: State issued photo ID or state issued Drivers License required to be current at time of start.
Preferred Credentials: CPI or MOAB.
