Required Credentials: Proof of ID: Drivers License/State ID. Cert: ACLS, BLS - AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Breast/Plastics, GYN, Eyes, Robots, General, Neuro/Spine, Ortho, PULM, Urology.
Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
Equipment Used on Unit: Stealth, O-arm, ION, Hana table, jackson table, DV5 robot
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submittal.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. No call.
