Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Float Psych RN - Required

Required Skill / Experience: One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience

Must be willing to float and take charge

Preferred Skills / Experience: Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience

Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience

Shift & Scheduling: 3p - 11:30p
