Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Required Skills: ICU, MS, SDU/PCU/IMC/Obs, Case Management/Utilization Review, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Needs Assessment/ Order DME, Plan of Care, Work Settings, Acute Hospital, Regulatory, CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, HIPAA guidelines (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills: Pediatrics, Women’s Services, Utilize Milliman Guidelines.

Unit and facility details:

• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following: 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700.
• Every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.

Other Requirements: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
