Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required to participate in call rotation with department staff (3p-7a weekdays, weekend call is 24 hours)

Required Work Setting Experience: CVOR

Required Experience: Aortic aneurysm repair, Angioplasty/stenting, Atrial septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, CABG, EVAR, Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, TAVR, VAD

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: 24 hour call, shared w/team

Call Required: Yes Note: 3p-7a shared w/CV team

1 year of prior CVOR Tech experience required

First time travelers NOT accepted (will consider if they have 2+ years of straight CVOR experience)

SSN and DOB required

RTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval. During holiday season (Nov-Jan), only one holiday RTO can be requested for approval. All RTO is approved by management prior to clinician signing a contract. Once confirmed, will be listed in Work Order Confirmation
