Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Emergency Department experience is preferred from last 3 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift: D/N Rotate - 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 7p-7a

Self scheduling, Manager typically does scheduling for travelers.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Will fill in where there is a need

Floating Requirements: Do not typically float, but could be asked to assist on MSP and ICU - first to float

Beds/Trauma Bays: 14 regular beds, 2 large trauma bays

Nurse Patient Ratios: depending on assignment

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Pediatrics through geriatrics. All typical Emergency Dept presentations.

RNs must be able to read and interpret

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
