Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly preferred 2 years experience. Teaching Hospital Experience.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics.

Unit/Facility Details: Will consider first time travelers with closer to 3 years of PICU experience. Must have recent level 1 experience.

Special Requests: Must have PICU exp noted in work history.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage: Every Other.

Floating Requirements: Will float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas. Floating is a requirement for most positions and a point of emphasis for Nationwide, travelers must be prepared to float to different units depending on the assignment.
