Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests: *Will not approve blocked scheduling unless its weekends only, I can ask. Will not take a duo who needs to share care or needs same schedule. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirements: Every other
Holiday Requirements: minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame

Floating Requirements: Yes to MedSurg or to ICU to take PCU acuity patients
