Requirements

Experience

9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

CNOR (Preferred)

Additional Information

Additional Details:

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years OR Circulating Experience at Acute Care Hospital.

• Varied skill set with General Surgery, ENT, Uro/Gyn, Ortho, Robotics.

Preferred Skills/Experience: > 5 years experience

Shift & Scheduling:

• Position needed is for four 10-hour shift or five 8-hour shifts. Weeknight & weekend call required.

• Weekends covered by on-call 24 hrs Sat/Sun, Call shift during week begins at end of regular shift. Shift ends 5pm, call starts 5pm to 7am, Shift ends 7pm, call starts 7pm to 7am.

Floating Requirements: Preop Holding.
