Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

TNCC (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Required Skills/Experience: At least 1+ years ED RN experience in a hospital setting.

Strong ED experience

Drip Titration and vent management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preceptor or charge experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: ACC Chest Pain/STEMI center, and Joint Commission Acute Ready Stroke Center

Types of Patients on Unit: Serve patients presenting to the ER of all ages from neonates to elderly.

Unit/Facility Details: Designated as Level III trauma center

Number of Beds on Unit: 12

Shift & Scheduling: 48hr guarantees are available upon request

Blocked scheduling may be requested
