Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Cardiovascular Technician/CVT - Required

Variable start and end times

Guaranteed Hours: 40

8- or 10-hour shifts, with one late and one call shift per week, and every 2-3 weekends.

Scrub tech for cardiac angiograms/interventions, neuro angiograms/interventions, and vascular endograph/peripheral vascular angiograms/interventions, pacemaker implants/device cases.

Possibility of EP and structural heart based on candidate experience

Required:

Certification: RCIS or RCES

EP Experience - Not required, but nice to have

Proficient with coronary stent interventions

Proficient with roles of a CVT with scrubbing the above procedures

Proficient with sterile technique

Shift Information:

Monday through Friday, with rotation of call every 3-4th weekend

Dress Code: Hospital Scrubs - Provided

Orientation: Will assess candidates level of experience and tailor orientation to candidate. 1-2 days with a mentor that will be assigned.
