Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Trachs, ETT, and drips

Preferred Credentials: NM prefers an ICU skillset but this is a PCU/Stepdown unit designation

Unit/Facility Details: Staffing is assessed every 4 hours

Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Start Dates: 10/27, 11/10, 11/24

Every other weekend

Holidays per unit needs (staff rotation)
