Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: PT Acute Care and ability to formulate and execute treatment plans for patients in inpatient setting including ED, ICU, surgical and medical units

Shift & Scheduling: On-call: No Weekends: Up To One Saturday Shift Per 6 Week Period (With Comp Day During Same Week) Expected Weekly Hrs: 40
