Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Strong background in critical care is required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Med/tele experience is preferred, Experience in emergency departments (ED) is a bonus but not required

Unit/Facility Details: This float pool will support both med/tele and emergency departments throughout the network.

  • Floating Requirements: Must be prepared to float between various facilities, including those with critical access services and ICU units
  • There is a possibility of being floated mid-shift depending on operational needs.
