Patient Diagnoses: Heart Transplant, Chemotherapy, Solid Organ Transplant, Valvular Disease, Advanced Heart Failure, Ventricular Assist Devices, Amyloidosis, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Congenital heart disease, Coronary Artery Disease, TAVR, Mitraclip, TriClip Special Procedures/Unit Details: Perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures in complex heart disease including strain and 3D. Ability to perform complex pathology work up including valvular disease, pre and post valve replacement, acutely ill patients, and advanced heart failure. High volume of cardiac transplant and advanced heart failure patients with ventricular devices including LVAD, RVAD, impella, ECMO, etc. Use of Ultrasound enhancing agents when appropriate.

Shift & Scheduling: On-Call REQ: "as needed" we would want to make sure the candidate is well oriented to the hospital and our protocol before putting them on call. Once they are trained our on call process is by sign up, but our current staff take a minimum of 1 day per month. Weekend REQ: yes, as needed and rotated between staff
