Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: RNs must be able to read & interpret all cardiac rhythms

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend - 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule - Weekends are Fri/Sat for nights

Holiday Requirements: 1 major & 1 minor minimum

No Call, but can be placed on standby for low census. If placed on standby and called in they have a 30 min response time.

Floating Requirements: Can be floated to Mercy Downtown (approx 6.5 miles away).

Can float to any MS/MST unit.

Can float to ICU for MST patients.

Can float to ER for MST holds.
