Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend – Rotating

Call Requirements: No

CPI Blue card proof is required for ED

Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +

At least 2.5 years of ED Experience

All travelers are required to float

Floating policy: As needed

PALS or ENPC

Scheduling requirements: Self scheduling initially performed by staff, then agency will have opportunity to offer availability with the understanding final decision is determined by the director

RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
