Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Shift Notes: 24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced.

Weekend/On Call Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in “any” location, please indlude what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.).

Must have current Cath Lab experience and must be able to scrub for Cath cases.
