Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation.

Required Skills/Experience: All RNs are required to ready and interpret their own strips. Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience.

Required Credentials: You must pass testing during onboarding.

Special Requests: All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and holiday rotation.
