Ultrasound Tech

Weekend REQ: Will work every weekend (Fri-Sun)

Is on-call REQ? Yes- on-call required as needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is Fri-Sun.

Special Requirements:

Required Work Setting Experience: Adult, ER.

Required General Ultrasound Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Spleen.

Required OB/GYN Ultrasound Skills/Experience: 1st Trimester.

Required Procedure Skills/Experience: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis.

Required Renal/Pelvis Ultrasound Skills/Experience: Bladder, Hernia, Ovaries, Prostate, Renal/Bladder, Uterus, Vaginal.

Required Small Part Ultrasound Skills/Experience: Superficial Masses, Testicles/Scrotum, Thyroid.

Required Transplant Studies Experience: Renal.

Required Vascular Ultrasound Skills/Experience: Aorta, Carotid, Color Flow, Duplex, Lower Extremity Arterial, Renal Artery Duplex.

Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Management/lead experience.

Scrub Color: Any solid color.

RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Floating is 100% required of all travelers - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer

Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
