Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Required Credentials:

• Drivers License/State ID: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.

Special Requests:

• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Shift & Scheduling: On Call Requirement: 3-4 per 6wk schedule
