Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Infusion Pharmacy

Pharmacy services the Perlman center for advanced medication. This infusion center helps prepare and provide the IV admixtures for patients receiving treatment for cancer, as well as infusions for other disease states such as multiple sclerosis, dermatology, infectious disease, etc

Guaranteed Hour: 40

CPHT or PTCB required

Sched: Mon-Fri

On demand compounding and chemo experience preferred

No weekends, holiday or call
