Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Unit/Facility Details: Outpatient clinic in a hospital setting. There is also a swing bed(SNF) inpatient setting. Position is primarily outpatient but there is required inpatient coverage on Mondays and as needed dependent on patient load.
Special Requests: No facial jewelry, tattoos are allowed but they cannot have any vulgarity showing
Shift & Scheduling: Off on major holidays.
