Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
3 months of experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Alaska license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

EMR: HCHB and OASIS Experience Required
Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Territory: Eklutna to Girdwood (everyone must be available for patients everywhere, though we try to work with folks where they have housing… but not guaranteed)
